Taco Puff

Taco Puff Made By Me

Ingredients

Turn stove to medium heat. Add ground beef and onion to medium saucepan and cook until beef is brown. Add in the taco seasoning and turn stove down to low and let simmer. While the meat and seasoning cooks together, start working on the biscuit dough. Roll out each piece of dough to 1/2 thickness and circle size. Once done with the dough, add 1/4 cup of beef to each piece of rolled out dough (leave enough dough pieces to cover ones with meat so that you can pinch the sides to make the puff). Sprinkle cheese on top of meat then add the additional dough pieces and pinch edges closed. Bake taco puff at 375 degrees fareheit for 12-15 minutes.

This recipe is great for those who need a quick and easy meal. This recipe was tested and tweaked by myself. It won't taste like an amazing meal from your favorite restaurant, but its great when you are too tired from school or work. This recipe is also great for those looking for budget friendly recipes.

Freeze instructions: Place cooled taco puffs into an airtight container then into the freezer. Lasts in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Microwave frozen puffs instructions: Place frozen taco puff onto a microwave-safe plate then warm in the microwave on high for 45-60 seconds.
